Spray Guns and
Accessories
|
| PPC spray equipment is
manufactured to the stringent standards of ISO 9002, at
all product levels. In addition to this each model has been
extensively tested under local conditions from auto body
shops, commercial sprayers, to the DIY man. The current
range includes the HVLP guns (High Volume Low Pressure,
which means a reasonable sized compressor), HP Body shop
gravity guns (High Pressure, better for smaller compressors),
a small gravity Touch Up gun, great for small jobs, as well
as the budget HP 990 gun. These spray guns are available
in a number of tip sizes as well as cost saving kits. We
stock a full range of accessories and replacement parts
and guarantee our guns for any manufacturing defects on
a replacement or money back basis. We can also supply custom
setups.
Which Gun is for me?
This
will depend on a number of factors: How often do
you use a spray gun, the material you are spraying,
the item you are spraying and of course the price!
The following is a guide to help you, but of course
if you are unsure please call us. |

For
the auto paint / commercial and users looking for
low pollution levels the HVLP system Speedway Green
2003 is the best for single or two pack and for
applicators who are used to standard high pressure
systems. You need a good sized compressor as High
Volume means high volume of air! |
|
♦ |
The
Speedway Red S980 (HP) is excellent, especially
in the body shop. Ideal where you need fine finishes
with high levels of control. |
|
♦ |
On
a budget and need to spray some paint - you can't
go past the S990 series. |
|
♦ |
The
Touch Up Mini guns are ideal for spraying small
areas, chassis rails, etc. |
|
♦ |
Or
maybe you just need a new or larger pot for your
current gun - PPC spray pots carry standard sizes
and threads that fit 90% of currently available
guns. |

A
“at the gun” regulator we’ve found to be very handy
to alter pressure when you’re operating and the
in line filters stop any moisture getting to your
master piece. |
