The PPC HVLP spray system gives over double the transfer
rate (paint on job) of conventional High Pressure Systems.
Material cost savings are obvious and the environment also
benefits by the reduced over spray. With only 10psi at the
air cap, the HVLP produces a much safer spray and fine atomisation
(less orange peel and over spray). Features are stainless
steel tips, and a fluid nozzle for water based paints. Gun
comes complete with hand piece, spray pot, gun spanner,
filter and cleaning tools. One year guarantee. Recommended
Compressor size 10 - 14 cfm.
The HVLP gun and system is the recommended method for achieving
the best result for the POR-15 product range. With their
high transfer and low air cap pressure POR-15 solid resins
perform at their best.
